What History/stories does our hometown tell?
This is a project which aims to involve children in knowledge about the History of their hometown and its cultural heritage, in order to value, respect and understand their identity.
Aims:
Arouse students' interest in knowing the history of their hometown .
Know the heritage of their city .
Enhance the story of their city .
Recognize the importance of preserving the heritage of a city .
Disclose the history and regional stories of our city
Work Process:
Create e-twinning corner (at school)
Create the project website
Visits to the monuments of the city
Make an Album of photos about our hometown
Research in the Internet about folk stories
School works in Power point
E-mailing the foreign fiends (to disclose all the information)
